For the most part, deep dark biomes will attempt to avoid being beneath water at all costs, but this is not one of those times. Not only has the ancient city failed to avoid being beneath water, but it spawned almost directly under a very deep lake in a way that has flooded a portion of it. This means that with a simple door, you can get some end-game loot with almost no risk.

Very Deep Lake with Mountain

This is the deepest lake I've found, and given that it goes all the way down to lava level (Y:-54) I think this may be the deepest a lake can get. There's even a mountain in the background as a bonus.

Mountain Circle with All Wood Types, Including Mangrove

As many may know, swamps can’t generate inside mountain circles, so since 1.18 the idea of a mountain circle containing every wood type has seemed impossible. However, with a specific type of trial chamber, a naturally generated mangrove tree can appear beneath it. This seed does exactly that.
