You start in what looks like a typical wooded badlands - but turn around and look behind you at spawn and right there is a mountain-filling lush cave, no pickaxe required. Keep exploring, and the lush cave network goes on, and on, and on...
Great for a fairy cottage of moss and stripped oak logs, a Pueblo style house made out of stacked terracotta rooms, or an axolotl breeding operation. Just be careful on the way down.
